At the moment the consortium is working on the main project task, i.e. on the development of the Environmental Quality Standards. The aim of this work is the development of harmonised Environmental Quality Standards (EQS) for both olive mills and table olives manufacturers whose compliance guarantees meeting the legislation but which also serve as a image/marketing tool.
